Amanda was such a friendly and welcoming server. Her professionalism and charm was 5 star!! Manny, the bus boy was super friendly and cool too!! This was my first time at this new establishment and I give it 5 Stars all around!! From my he service to the yummy food! Amazing!!

I was there on Saturday, the 14th for game two of the Yankee-Houston series with my wife and my nine-year-old daughter. We arrived at 4:00 and were seated promptly. The place was fairly crowded but still ample room for seating. Amanda, our server, was awesome and greeted us right away. She gladly answered all of our questions and gave me some great beer suggestions. We ordered the wings, short ribs platter, brisket platter, baby backs, mac and cheese and buffalo chicken bites. Brisket was outstanding: tender, flavorful- with a great au jus sauce; and ridiculously plentiful. Baby backs we're tender and fell off the bone. My wife's short ribs were huge and cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese was delicious. Sides were good as well. Fantastic beer selection! We found the staff very friendly and the service to be excellent.

DaddyO's is definitely one of my favorite places to eat and in my opinion the best bbq in staten island. This is a very well rounded restaurant with a vast menu, Ive never had a meal here that i didnt love. They also have great service.

Amazing.. First let me say the new location is stunning a far departure from any typical Staten Island resturant. The BBQ and the burgers are better than you ll get anywhere. The ribs are obviously smoked by pros as they have the perfect smoke ring and nice balance of smoke and flavor. The service is friendly and on point the best on Staten Island. We will be going there often.

I had lunch at Daddy-O's in St George today. It was my first time in the restaurant and I was impressed. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I ordered a burger and it came out perfectly cooked with an generous amount of fries and fried pickles. They have more than 100 beers on the menu which pair well with bbq. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the brisket, ribs and other smoked favorites.

Ok I have been to their original place twice. I was only offered their signature sodas and they were out of some stuff so I was a little bummed, but the quality was always good. So here we are at the new location on Bay Street. Let's start with the location it's perfectly situated close to the buses,train, and ferry. The only down side is I could see the parking getting tight during happy hour. The staff was amazing friendly and tentative. Food wise I got the pretzels and chicken rolls both were awesome and cooked to perfection. We ordered the family BBQ feast to get a taste of everything and honestly there is not one thing that I could complain about amazingly fresh and cooked to perfection. The place is nice and big and open with a beautiful bar, situated right next door to Flagship Brewery so the beer is plentiful and fresh. They accept credit cards and have an ATM on premises.

I had the Staten Island bomber it was a huge sandwich which I actually split with someone. It was pretty good. It had pulled pork mac and cheese on a huge Texas toast. It also had onions rings. My friend got mac and cheese collard greens and chili which was really good. He was not eating much of his food so I helped him out a lot and it was delicious. Our waitress was super nice and very helpful and very friendly made our experience very good. Thanks Amanda.
